Scope: Product Strategy, UX/UI Architecture, AI Synthesis, Design Systems
Tools: ChatGPT (Taxonomy Mapping), Miro AI (Swimlanes), Figma (Tailwind Tokens)
Platform: Healthcare Clinical Workflow & KPI Tracker

Results: streamlined platform setup from 65 minutes to under 10 minutes, compressed 2 -week design cycle into 2 hours using AI and Lead Design methods

The Unintended Complexity

Underneath BlueLadyBug’s original prototype was a genuinely powerful tracking engine built by a healthcare COO. But beneath that power lay a punishing setup: 43 screens, 65 minutes of manual data entry, and endless forms requiring clinic administrators to manually type out complex mathematical formulas. The technology worked, but the human experience was exhausting. It demanded everything from the user while giving little guidance in return.

Designing with Intent

Transforming an intimidating process into a high-confidence experience meant fundamentally rethinking how data meets human intention. Using AI tools as a creative accelerator, I rapidly synthesized relational data models across healthcare verticals to eliminate manual typing entirely. Rather than asking busy clinicians to invent metrics from scratch, the platform now anticipates their needs, pre-loading standard roles and clinical KPIs the moment they select their industry. I paired this automated logic with clear, human UX writing, replacing dense technical jargon with a conversational, step-by-step dialogue.

Engineering Alignment

I condensed 43 fragmented screens into a fluid 10-step progressive setup, reducing onboarding time from over an hour to under ten minutes. To bridge design and engineering, I established tokenized component libraries grounded in Tailwind logic. Presenting the system-driven architecture turned what could have been months of technical debate into immediate alignment. Shifting the conversation on slide one from whether this could be built to how fast we could bring it to life.
